	What do I need to connect to Cyber Spot?
	Cyber Spot is an 802.11 B/G Network. Any compatible client device can connect to it. (See the "Wireless Client Devices" section of our store.)

	I have a desktop. What do I need to connect to Cyber Spot?
	In almost all cases you will achieve the best connection by adding a booster device to connect you to Cyber Spot. The booster will connect to your desktop through the Ethernet port. Additional equipment may also be necessary. (See the "Cyber Spot" section of our store.)

	I have a laptop. What do I need to connect to Cyber Spot?
	Most of the newer laptops have a wireless connection built in from the factory. If yours does not then you will need to add a Wireless PC Card. (See the "Wireless Client Devices" section of our store.)

	I have a laptop that is wireless but I can’t connect or the signal is too weak. What do I need?
	You may be able sit by a window in your home and connect. You should be able to connect outdoors anywhere inside of the St. Cloud, Florida city limits. If you are unable to connect or your signal is too weak then you will need a booster to strengthen your signal to Cyber Spot. The booster will connect to your laptop through the Ethernet port. If you want to connect wirelessly you will need a Wireless Router. (See the "Wi-Fi Enabled Home" section of our store.)

	Why do I need a booster?
	The signal from Cyber Spot is very strong but the signal being broadcast from your laptop or desktop is very weak. A booster will increase your signal 300% or more. (See the "Cyber Spot" section of our store.)

	I have a booster but I still can’t connect or it performs poorly. Why?
	In this situation there is usually some form of interference that is preventing you from connecting or the signal is still too weak. We recommend a Site Survey to assess your particular environment to determine the corrective measures needed. (See the "Site Survey" section of our store.)
